You will have a one to one session with our trainer to go through 4 hours of Performance Training:

Self Discovery / Purpose Training (1 hour)

Our one to one self discovery training will be executed in a way that fits your conditions. Reflecting on who you are and where you wish to go as well as building a personal vision through your heroes are key to being your best. Together we will create a story that takes you to that vision and aligns with who you are.
